<0> Where is Antlercakes located?
I am based in the US! All orders, save for Custom Charm commissions, are shipped from New York City.

<0> Do you ship worldwide?
Please refer to the shipping policies tab!

<0> My order was damaged or incorrect, can I get a replacement?
Unfortunately, damaged packages are beyond my control. Once I send the package off to USPS, it is their responsibility. 

However, please contact me about any incorrect orders, as it was likely an oversight on my part - I will do my best to find a solution, and you are likely to get a replacement.

<0> Help, my package never arrived!
If your package is returned to sender, I will email you with a notification of either refunding or reshipping your package. If the reason for its return was on your part, such as inputting an incorrect address, you will be expected to cover the new shipping cost. Otherwise, I will be happy to cover it myself :)

If your package is lost, I'm afraid that once I hand it over to USPS it is out of my control. Please contact me and I will do my best to find a fair solution.

<0> What is your policy on refunds?
So long as your order has not shipped, I am happy to cancel it for you! However, once shipment has been processed, the sale is finalized. Please make sure to stay within your budget before making a purchase, and plan ahead for additional VAT if it applies to your country.
